Bars Recommendations
Although our head barman believes our dragon fly is to die for, he will not part with the recipe. However he definitely recommends the following cocktails:
Midori splice
- Start with 30mls of lime midori
- 30mls of Malibu
- 90mls of pineapple juice
Built over ice and topped with cream.
Serve in a cognac balloon glass with three pine apple quarters, a watermelon quarter and a butterflied strawberry
Strawberry daiquiri:
- 4 fresh strawberries
- 30mls of Bacardi
- 30mls of vodka
- 15mls of sugar syrup.
Served frozen (blended with ice) served in a chilled martini glass and garnished with a butterflied strawberry.
Lime caprioska:
- One whole lime, quartered then muddled in a shaker
- Followed by 60mls of vodka
- 15mls of sugar syrup
Shaken and poured into a highball glass (over ice) , garnished with a lime wheel.
